1.1. INTENDED USE AND OPERATION TIPS:
The gravity feed painting gun with the upper reservoir is designed to
application such painting materials as metallic and non-metallic varnishes,
enamels, primers, acrylic paint, acrylic primers and sprayed putty paints
(according to guidelines of relevant manufacturers).
Steel body and trigger. The gun is provided with controls for rate of the
compressed air, feed rate of paints and the output spraying cone: spherical
cone or flat cone.
Prior to start spraying get familiar with guidelines provided by
manufacturers of paints and thinners.
To wash the instrument use the solvent that is suitable for the specific
painting material but do not immerse the tool into solvents.
Use the quick coupler of appropriate size and coils of appropriate diameter –
it enables to take advantage of full capacities of the tool, such as application
rates.

2.0. START-UP AND USE:

2.1. Gravity feed painting gun with an upper reservoir (Fig. 2):
1. Screw the reservoir (1) onto the top of the gun body (3)
2. Pour painting material into the reservoir (1) and cover it with the lid (4).
3. Make sure that the venting orifice (5) in the lid (4) is clean and
unobstructed.
4. Connect the coil hose that supplies the tool with compressed air to the inlet
coupler (6) of the gun and adjust the output pressure of the supplying
compressor to 3 bars.
5. Rotate the control screw (7) to adjust the spraying rate of the painting
material (screw the control tighter to apply less viscous paints or release the
control when the applied paint is thicker. Then use the control for the
spraying cone (8) to adjust angle and shape of the sprayed mist. (see Fig. 3-4 /
5-6 below).
