Dear Customer,
Prior to using any pneumatic tool (hereinafter: tool'
or 'product') read carefully this User's Manual and
observe the rules specified herein and intended to
avoid any injures or life hazard and to protect against
possible electrocutions, hurts, explosions or fires.
Operation of electric tools must conform to relevant Health and
Safety regulations that are in force at premises where the tools are
used.
Failure to observe the following warnings and /or any interventions into
structures of pneumatic tools makes the warranty obligations null and void
and releases the manufacturer from responsibility for failures that may arise
due to or in connection with operation of the tools or damages inflicted on
persons, animals, assets or the equipment itself.
Please keep this Manual at hand to be able to refer, at any time, to
instructions and guidelines contained herein. We shall not be held
responsible for any injuries or failures that may occur as a result of disobeying
this Manual and safety warnings.
NOTE: Due to permanent improvements of our products we reserve the right to
introduce amendments to the product designs that are not described in this
Manual.
CHAPTER I. GENERAL SAFETY TIPS FOR USE OF PNEUMATIC TOOLS
Use of the tool
n
– The tool together with the supplementary equipment must be
used in accordance with the Manual. Both the tool and the
supplementary equipment must be used exclusively for the intended
applications with mandatory consideration to tips and guidelines of the tool
manufacturer. It is strictly forbidden to use the tool or the device to any other
purposes. As a rule the tool must be switched on just before approaching to
the treated material /location where the tool is to be operated.
– The workplace must be always kept clean and tidy. Mess at the
workplace increases probability of dangerous incidents. All jobs must be
carried out in well ventilated rooms.
– Pay attention to the ambient environment. Do never expose the
tool to the effect of rain. Remember about appropriate lighting. Do never
target the gun towards people or animals. Do never allow third persons to
touch the coil hose, compressor or the power cord of the compressor. No third
person should be allowed to stay within the working area. Do never allow
children to approach the equipment.
– Technical condition of the tool. Check the tool and the coil hose in
terms of completeness and possible defects.
– Protect yourself against electrocution. While working avoid
contacts between parts of your body and live electric parts, e.g. components
of the system, heating components or electric equipment.
– Store the tool at the location inaccessible to unauthorized
persons. Tools that are currently not in use should be stored at dry and closed
places inaccessible to children. All maintenance operations must be carried
out after disconnection of the hose with compressed air from the tank.
– Do never excessively overload the tool. It is better and safer to work
with the performance specified in the technical data sheet.
– Do always wear safety clothes. While working the tool never wear
loose clothes or jewelry. It is recommended to wear at work rubber gloves
and antislip shoes. In case of long hair cover it with a mesh.
– Do never use the coil hose for other purposes. Do not lift or carry the
tool holding for the coil hose. Protect the hose against heat, oil and sharp

– Take care about the tool. Remember to keep the tool clean, which
guarantees efficient and safe work. Observe the maintenance rules.
Regularly check the connection ports and the coil hose, upon detection of
defects have the hose repaired by an authorized workshop.
– Transportation. Prior to transportation the tools must be cleaned from
used material and dried. They can be transported only after appropriate
protection against contamination.
NOTE! Be always careful and vigilant whilst carrying out your jobs. Pay
attention to work efficiency. Act sensibly and logically. Response efficiency
may be distorted due to consumption of alcohol, under the influence of
medication or drugs or as a result of an illness of tiredness. Under such
circumstances give up working with use of the tool.
– Always check the tools for possible deficiencies or failures. Prior to
each application the tool must be carefully inspected with particular
attention to protecting components and the parts that are suspected to be
defective. It is necessary to assess whether they perform correctly and carry
out the assigned functions. Check all the moving parts whether they perform
their functions and are not locked or seized and free of defects. All the
components must be correctly assembled to guarantee safe operation of the
appliance. When any symptoms of defects or malfunction of the equipment
are spotted the device must be immediately switched off and disconnected
from the source of power supply. Defective protecting components and parts
should be repaired /replaced only by an authorized workshop unless the
User's Manual states otherwise.
NOTE! For your own safety use only original accessories and supplementary
equipment as specified in the User's Manual or are recommended by the
manufacturer. Application of other accessories and equipment, different from
the ones recommended in the User's Manual or in the manufacturer's data sheet
may pose a hazard of injuries or damage to assets.
Health and Safety

1) Employers are obliged to hand over this User's Manual for the tool to its
operator!
2) Prior to starting working with the tool operators must read the
manufacturer's instructions and get familiar with technical parameters
of the tool.
3) Operation of the tool, its inspection and maintenance must be always
carried out in accordance with the effective health and safety standards.
4) While working with pneumatic tools operators must always wear
protective goggles and ear protectors.
5) For handling chemical liquids use protective masks with filters to protect
the respiratory tract and eyes.
6) The working compressor gets really hot. Touching it can cause skin burns.
7) The air sucked by the compressor must be free of admixtures of foreign
gases and /or fumes as they may catch fire inside the compressor or even
explode.
8) While disconnecting the quick coupler the operator must grasp the
coupling part of the hose with a hand to avoid injuries by a whipping
hose.
9) Operators, who work with pneumatic guns, including also air blowing
guns, must wear protective goggles. Foreign bodies and blown particles
may easily cause injuries of eyes.
Safety tips for working with sprayed substances

– Do never use paints or thinners with their ignition point bellow 55 C.
– Do never heat up paints or thinners.
