FAILURE
No wind.
The unit can not be switched off.
The device has abnormal noise.
COOL mode (humidifier) does not
work.
The louvers do not oscillate.
The air is not cold.
Mosquito Killer mode does not work.
NOTE:
1- The security system will turn off the unit if you remove the back
cover while it is working.
2- To maintain a good state of humidification and purification,
clean the filter frequently.
3- Never immerse the unit, the power cord or the plug in the
water.
4- Do not try to repair the unit yourself. ALWAYS take the
appliance to a technical service.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
POSSIBLE CAUSE
No power.
It is not connected.
Some pieces may be damaged.
The button ON/OFF has not been
pressed.
Safety switch is released.
Some pieces may be damaged.
Foreign objets got inside.
The engine is damaged.
Low level or lack of water in the tank.
The inner water pipe has dropped.
The pump may be damaged.
The engine is damaged.
The back filter may be blocked by dust.
There is not enough water.
Cool air button not pressed.
The waste tray is not installed.
Check it is plugged into the electrical
power.
Press MODE.
Take the device to the technical
service.
Press the ON/OFF button to switch off
the unit.
Check the filter is correctly installed.
Take the device to the technical
service.
Remove possible object (if any).
Take the device to the technical
service.
Fill the water tank.
Reconnect the water pipe.
Take the unit to the technical service.
Take the unit to the technical service.
Wash the rear filter.
Add water to the tank.
Press the COOL button.
Replace filter.
Remove the tray and reinstall.
