Specifieke veiligheidsvoorschriften voor zandstraalcabines 1. Voorkom te allen tijde het inademen van vrijkomend stof, draag te allen tijde adembescherming wanneer men de ruimte waar de zandstraalcabine staat betreedt i.v.m. fijnstof dat vrijkomt tijdens het stralen en in de lucht blijft hangen. Het inademen van fijnstof veroorzaakt ernstige longproblemen. -

3. Assemblage Uitpakken Verwijder de doos en controleer de zandstraalcabine op beschadigingen, defecte onderdelen etc.. Indien er sprake is van beschadiging door transport of een defect onderdeel, neem dan onmiddellijk contact op met Uw Zionair verkooppunt. -

Assemblage 1. Bevestig de handschoenen (11, fig.1) nu op de ringen met de klemmen (12, fig.1). 2. Plaats de lamp (23, fig.2) in de lampklem (25, fig.2) en zet deze vast met de tie rip (24, fig.2). 3. Bevestig de luchtslang (38, fig.3) op de slangpilaar (39, fig.3) van de luchtinlaat en zet deze vast met de slangklem. -

Bediening 1. Houdt het straalpistool in een hoek van 45-60° t.o.v. het werkstuk op een afstand van 10- 15cm met de spuitmond richting de achterkant van de cabine. Houdt het straalpistool nooit in een hoek van 90° t.o.v. het werkstuk, hierdoor kaatst het straalgrit terug in de straal, waardoor de effectiviteit van de straal minder wordt. -
Page 8: Schoonmaken Van De Afzuiging (Niet Meegeleverd)
Deze kan men gemakkelijk vervangen door een nieuwe. Wanneer het glas zelf beschadigd is, vervang dit dan door veiligheidsglas van dezelfde dikte en afmetingen, dit kunt U ook krijgen bij Uw Zionair-leverancier. Schoonmaken van de afzuiging (niet meegeleverd) Kijk de afzuiging na iedere 5 uur gebruik na, verwijder stof met behulp van perslucht of stofzuiger en verwijder opgehoopt vuil om een goede afzuigende werking te garanderen. -

Because of quality reasons constant improvements are going to be made on the equipment, Zionair reserves the right to alter specifications of the equipment described in this manual. -

Specific safety regulations for sandblasting cabinets 1. Prevent breathing in dust at all times, wear respiratory protection at all times when one enters the room where the sandblasting cabinet stands with regard to particulate matter that is released during the blasting and remains in the air. Breathing in particulate matter causes serious lung problems. -

3. Assembly Unpacking Remove the carton and check the sandblasting cabinet for damage, defect parts etc.. In case of damage through transport or defect parts, immediately contact your Zionair-retailer. -

Assembly 1. Mount the gloves (11, fig.1) onto the rings with the clamps (12, fig.1). 2. Place the lamp (23, fig.2) in in the clamp (25, fig.2) and secure with the tie rip (24, fig.2). 3. Connect the air hose (38, fig.3) to the hose connector (39, fig.3) of the air inlet and secure with the hose clamp. -

Operation 1. Keep the blasting gun at an angle of 45-60° towards the work piece at a distance of 10-15cm with the nozzle pointing towards the backside of the cabinet. Never hold the gun in a 90° toward the work piece, this causes the grit to rebound back into the spray, which causes a less effective spray. -
Page 14: Cleaning The Dust Extractor (Not Included)
This can easily be replaced by new foil. When the glass itself is damaged, replace it by safety glass with the same thickness and measurements, you can get this at your Zionair retailer. Cleaning the dust extractor (not included) Check the dust extractor after every 5 hours, remove dust by means of compressed air or vacuum cleaner and removed clogged debris to ensure a proper functioning of the extractor. -
