Devices on Different Network Segments
( For situation when you are unable to modify your camera's IP address, you can
modify router's IP address to match instead. )
Click "Network > LAN"
1. VFirst change the netmask of the router to match with your camera.
2. Check camera and router's IP address, make sure the IP address is on the
same network segment, according to the division of the subnet mask.
For example:
The IP address of the camera is 192.168.254.4, and the subnet mask is
255.255.255.0; while the IP address of the router is 192.168.1.1, and the subnet
mask is 255.255.255.0; judging by the subnet mask, the first three segments of
the IP should be the same, so change the IP address of the router to
192.168.254.x;
