Lightweight users: (less than 3 hours per week) once a month.
Heavyweight users: (over 7 hours per week) every half month.
Belt Adjustment

running belt is too loose, there may be
slipping during running; If it is too tight, it
may reduce the performance of the motor
and exacerbate the wear of the drum and
running belt.
When the tension of the running strap is
suitable, you can lift both sides of the
walking strap by hand about 50-75mm
away from the running board.

• To adjust belt to the left, turn the left adjusting screw clockwise by 1/2 turn.
• To adjust belt to the right, turn the right adjusting screw clockwise by 1/2 turn.
• To adjust belt tension, turn the left and right adjusting screws clockwise for 1/2 turn at
the same time.
• After each adjustment, run the treadmill for approximately (1-2 minutes) to observe if
the issue has been corrected. Adjust again if necessary.
