    What you need: • AIDA NDI Series Camera • RS232-Mini Din cable (included in box) • RS232-USB cable (not included)* • Network / Ethernet cable for web UI • Windows PC (apple not supported) • mcuFLY program** • Latest Firmware (hex and bin files) *RS232-USB cables can be found at your electronics stores, or Amazon.

  • Page 5 Step 1: Arm Upgrade 1. Please unplug the power from camera and flip the PTZ upside down. You are looking for a set of dipswitches labeled 1-6. You will flip switches 1 and 2 off. 2. Take your RS232-USB adapter, and connect it to the RS232-Mini Din cable.

  • Page 7 7. Wait for Mission Complete signal as seen below: 8. Next, let the camera sit for 1 minute to readjust. Once complete, go ahead and unplug the cables and power, and flip the switches back to the ON position you did in step 1.
  • Page 8 Step 2: ISP update 1. You will start by entering the web UI. Please make sure the PTZ and PC are either hardlined or on the same network. The default IP for the web address is 192.168.1.188. Default password is admin/admin *Note that if you are unable to access the cameras network, the camera’s ip address may not be on the same network or is changed.
