See 4.4.3 Meas Function for detail description. F (Frequency) The frequency measurement of 66200 Series Power Meter is to measure the signal frequency of input voltage. It gets the average value of voltage signal after input within certain time unit. The measured voltage frequency will also be the time base for measuring current.
Above listed the basic knowledge of the keys and detail descriptions and operations of main functions are explained below. 4.4.1 Shunt Function 66200 Series Power Meter uses shunt resistance as the component for current sampling. There are AUTO, Hi and Lo current ranges for selection. 66201 Power Meter only provides Lo current range.

Digital Power Meter 66200 Series User’s Manual 5.5.2 Data Formats All data programmed to or returned from the Power meter are ASCII. The data can be numerical or character string. Numerical Data Formats Symbol Description Example <NR1> It is a digit with no decimal point. The decimal is assumed to 123 , 0123 be at the right of the least significant digit.
Using Remote Control 5.6.2 Program Headers Program headers are key words that identify the command. They follow the syntax described in subsection 5.8 of IEEE 488.2. The Power meter accepts characters in both upper and lower case without distinguishing the difference. Program headers consist of two distinctive types, common command headers and instrument-controlled headers.
Digital Power Meter 66200 Series User’s Manual Program Message Terminator (<PMT>): A program message terminator represents the end of a program message. Three permitted terminators are: (1) <EOI> : end or identify. (2) <LF>( i.e.: NL, new line) : line feed which is a single ASCII-encoded byte 0A (10 decimals).
Using Remote Control Response Message Terminator (<RMT>): A response message terminator represents the end of a response message. Three permitted terminators are: When sets the SYSTem:TRANsmit:TERMinator as 0 : (1) LF( i.e.: NL, new line) : line feed which is a single ASCII-encoded byte 0A (10 decimals).
