Basic Call Handling

Make an internal call
Dial the extension number and press Green button to call

Make an external call
Dial 9 and telephone number and press Green button to call

Receive a call
Press Green button

Hold a call
Press the 'R' key

Retrieve a held call
Press the 'R' key

Transfer a call
Press the 'R' key, dial the extn number, announce the call and press the Red button to transfer the call

Retrieve a call
Press the 'R' key twice

Further Telephone Features

Redial last number
Press top up arrow above Redial, scroll to select number required and press Green button to dial

Park a call
Press the 'R' key followed by (star) * 11, then hang up [The caller is parked on your phone]

Retrieve a parked call
Dial (star) * 12 and then Green button to retrieve call

3 way conference call

Whilst on a call press 'R' key and dial 3^rd party. To add 3^rd party immediately without consultation, press 'R' key. To invite 3^rd party, wait for them to answer, then press 'R' key once happy to join.

To exit conference
To drop 3^rd party press 'R' key or to leave conference call press Red hang up key.

Call pick up
Dial (star) *13, then extension number or group number

To change call handling mode

(When in divert you will get broken dial tone)
Dial voice mail ext number or ##
Enter your password
Press #
Select option 7
Select option 2
Follow voice prompts to select mode required

Storing personal speed dials

Press Names in display
Select New Entry
Select OK
Type Name
Select OK
Enter Number inc '9' for an outside line
Select OK

To access stored speed dials

Press Names
Scroll up and down to highlight name
Then press Green to dial

To Edit an entry

Press Names in display
Highlight entry you wish to edit
Select Options
Select Edit entry
Select OK
Clear Name or Press OK if name OK
Clear Number and re-enter and OK to save
You can also delete an entry altogether via this menu
