WHAT WATER TO USE?

Your appliance was designed to operate using tap water. However, it
is necessary to periodically clean the steam chamber to remove any
mineral deposits.
If your water is very hard (above 30°f or 17°dH or 21°e), mix 50% tap
water with 50% demineralised water (available in hardware stores).
Do not use water with additive (starch, perfume, aromatic substances,
softener, etc.), condensation water (e.g. water from clothes dryers,
water from refrigerators, water from air conditioners, rainwater), pure
demineralized or pure demineralised water.
These types of water contain organic waste, mineral elements that
become concentrated when heated and cause spitting, brown staining,
leaking or premature wear on your iron.
ENVIRONMENT
Environment protection first !
Your appliance contains valuable materials which can be
i
recovered or recycled.
Leave it at a local civic waste collection point.
