Internal LEDs

1. CPU Error LED (ERRCPU1, ERRCPU2)
The CPU Error LEDs light up to indicate failure of the corresponding CPU.
2. BMC LED (BMCLED1)
The BMC LED lights up to indicate that the on-board BMC is enabled.
