PERATION
Shutdown
Standby
1. Turn combination control to "PILOT" position.
Complete Shutdown
1. Place power on switch and thermostat to "OFF" position.
2. Turn dial on combination control from "ON" position to "OFF" position.
3. Turn any main gas service valves supplying gas to "OFF" position.
Relighting
1. Shut off all gas supply and turn combination gas control to "OFF."
2. Wait five minutes.
3. Repeat the "LIGHTING" instructions in "START UP" section.
Front Panel Controls
POWER SWITCH: .............................. This switch turns the main power to the unit on and off. It must be turned
COOKING LIGHT (RED): .................... This light is on whenever the main burner gas is on. This light may be on without
LOW WATER LIGHT (AMBER): .......... All kettles are supplied with sufficient distilled water in the pressurized
