Answering a waiting call
If you receive an external call during an
internal call, you will hear the call waiting
tone (short tone). The caller's number will
appear in the display if phone number
identification is enabled.

Press the end call key to end
the internal call.

Press the talk key to take the
external call.
Listening in to an external call
(conference)
You are conducting an external call. An
internal participant can listen in on this
call and take part in the conversation.
A signal tone and Conference Call
display indicates the inclusion of a new
participant to the conversation to all par-
ticipants

Your screen will display information to
that effect. You want to listen in to the
external call.

You are linked into the call. All participants
hear a signal tone. Conference Call
in the display.
Ending listening in

An internal participant presses
the end call key.
All participants hear a signal tone.

can change the settings to suit your indi-
vidual requirements.

Changing date and time

To change the time, open the input field
with:

Enter hours and minutes as 4 digits,
