Ferrite Core Installation
To suppress RF interference that can cause abnormal operation of
the transceiver, attach the supplied ferrite core to the DC Input Cable,
Accessory Connection Cable, and External Speaker Cable together,
then snap its two halves together, per the illustration below.
Attach the ferrite core as close as possible to the transceiver body, as
shown.
Finally, wind some plastic tape around the ferrite core, to prevent
vibration from causing the two halves to split apart.

Fuse Replacement ( 125V 6A )
To take out the Fuse from the Fuse Holder,
hold both ends of the Fuse Holder and pull the
Fuse Holder apart without bending the Fuse
Holder. When you replace the Fuse, please
confirm that the Fuse is tightly fixed on the
metal contact located inside the Fuse Holder.
If the metal contact holding the fuse is loose,
the Fuse holder may heat up.
