FIRING RATE (A) The RL 28/2 - 38/2 - 50/2 Model burners are available in low-high firing configuration. LOW FIRE DELIVERY must be selected within area A of the adjacent diagrams. HIGH FIRE DELIVERY must be selected within area B. This area provides the maximum delivery of the burner in relation to the pressure in the combustion chamber. -

BURNER CALIBRATION All the installation, maintenance and disassembly operations must be carried with electricity supply disconnected. DANGER The installation of the burner must be carried out by qualified personnel, as indicated in this manual and in compliance with the standards and regulations of the WARNING laws in force. -

FINAL CHECKS • Obscure the flame sensor and switch on the burner: the burner should start and then lock-out about 5 s af- ter opening of the low fire nozzle valve. • Illuminate the flame sensor and reset the burner: the burner should go into lock-out . -

BURNER OPERATION BURNER STARTING (A) Operating control closes. The motor starts and the ignition transformer is con- nected. The pump 3) sucks the fuel from the tank through the piping 1) and the filter 2) and pumps it under pressure for delivery. -
