When the oven is switched ON in circotherm
bread baking mode, you can activate rapid heating
s
at the button. "Rapid heat up" then appears on
the display when the oven is heating up.

Press the button to switch OFF rapid heating.
"Rapid heat up" disappears from the display.
When the oven is heating up, the temperature in the
oven can be displayed for about five seconds.

Press the button.
This does not apply to steam cooking, dough
proving, EasyClean, oven lighting, and defrosting
modes.
Turn the function selector to the 0 position.
All functions are deleted.
The appliance features a cooling fan which runs until
the oven has cooled down.
Residual heat high.
Residual heat low.
