Operators use Neptune 360™ to make route assignments for meter readers. The routes
read are obtained from the utility billing system and imported into Neptune 360. Routes are
loaded into the Neptune 360 Mobile app. Each meter reader drives through the assigned
routes to collect the endpoints data. The data collected is synced and uploaded into
Neptune 360 and transferred to the billing system to generate customer bills.
