The camera shall support Back Light Compensation (BLC) circuitry
When image data is output on a conventional SD output, the
camera shall eliminate "smearing" associated caused by vertical
noise associated with bright spots (such as headlights).

j. The camera shall provide selectable White Balance settings
include Auto-tracing White (ATW), AWC for technical support
adjustments; Outdoor, Indoor, Fluorescent and Manual control
(MWB). MWB allows individual red and blue adjustments.
k. The camera shall support Backlight Compensation: Selectable
Multi-spot metering, Center-zone metering, Face and Off.
