Four (4) Megapixels maximum resolution
Three levels of operator privileges shall be available.
a.
Admin level shall have full access to all functions.
b.
Operator level shall have access to all functions except
configuration settings.
c.
Guest will be restricted to monitoring live video only.
Automatic mechanical back-focus via manual and one-touch
controls locally to the camera or remotely via the web.
Camera shall have advanced programmable motion detection.

The camera shall support Back Light Compensation (BLC) circuitry
When image data is output on a conventional SD output, the
camera shall eliminate "smearing" associated caused by vertical
