If possible, the cylinders used to pump the air conditioner should be flushed from a system

that does not contain the air conditioner and cooled before starting to pump the air
conditioner from the system.
The equipment used to pump air conditioning water from the system should be placed in
•
the correct working order, the documentation shows that the working procedures for the
equipment are at hand, and the equipment used to pump air conditioning water from the
system should be suitable for pumping flammable air conditioning from the system.
In addition, the scale should be calibrated and placed in the correct working order.

Pipes shall have leak-free joints in good condition.
•
Before using the pump, check that the pump is in the correct working condition, that the
•
pump is kept in good condition, and that the associated electrical components are sealed to
prevent air conditioning from discharging. If there is a concern, it is better to consult the
manufacturer.
Air conditioners withdrawn from the system should be placed in the air conditioner transfer
•
canisters removed from the system and returned to the air conditioner dealer, and waste
transfer documents should be prepared in accordance with regulations
Do not mix air conditioning in the pump, especially in the cylinder.

If the compressor or compressor oil flows, make sure to clean the compressor or

compressor oil to an acceptable level to ensure that flammable air conditioning does not
remain in the lubricant.
The cleaning process should be carried out before the compressor returns to the distributor.

The compressor housing can only be electrically heated to speed up this process.

When removing oil from the system, it should be done safely.
