– Check the Ceiling/Rear function. (See page 50)
– Check the Ceiling function. (See page 50)
– Check audio cable connections from the audio input source.
– Adjust the audio source.
– Press the VOLUME + button. (See page 23)
– Press the MUTE button. (See page 23)
– Is the image projected? You will hear the sound only when the
image is projected.
– Check the Input signal, color system, video system or computer
system mode.
– Make sure the "Blackboard" or "Colorboard" is not selected on
Image select menu. (see pages 31, 32, 40, 41)
– Check the Display item. (See page 47)
– Check the Input signal. Auto PC function can not work when
480p, 575p, 720p, 480i, 575i, 1035i or 1080i is selected, or digital
signal is input into DVI terminal. (see Page 28)
– Make sure you select "Store" after adjusting setting. Some settings
can not be stored if not registered with "Store". (see pages 30, 43)
– Power management function can not work while "Freeze" or "No
Show" function is running. (see pages 23,24)
– Check the connection and the input signal to see if there is signal.
– Make sure "Off" is not selected at any function of "Auto setup".

– Make sure "On" is not selected at the Ceiling function.
(see page 50)
– Make sure the Auto keystone function is not set to "Manual". Press
the AUTO SETUP button on the top control or the AUTO SET
button on the remote control. (see pages 22, 46)
– Check PC adjustment menu or Screen menu and adjust them.
(see pages 29-30, 34-35)
– PIN code lock is being set. Input a PIN code (1234 or numbers you
have set). (See pages 18, 53 and 54)
