Record a special instruction

Delete a dictation file

Delete part of a dictation file

To delete only a part of a dictation file:
1
Navigate to the beginning of the
section to be deleted by playback or
fast forward/fast rewind.

Click the
button in the recorder
window.

Navigate to the end of the section to
be deleted.

Click the
button in the recorder
window.
X The section is marked with a red
frame in the position slider.

To delete the section, click the
button in the recorder window.
To undo the deletion marks (the red
frame), click the

To undo the last deletion, click the
button.

Delete a dictation file entirely

1
Select the dictation files to be deleted
in the work list.
To select more than one file, press and
hold the Shift key on the keyboard
and click the files to be selected.

Click Edit > Delete on the menu bar or
press the Delete key on the keyboard
to delete the selected dictation files.
