3.2.3.2 Single-Knob Controls
On machines with single-knob controls, the program selector is switched
to the desired program; refer to Figure 3-12 – Program Selector. The
"ON" lamp on the fascia panel lights up and the program is started
automatically.
The program stage reached is also shown by a program sequence
indicator on the fascia panel. The indicator proceeds around the dial as
the program progresses.
The program is complete when the dial reached the "End" position and
the "ON" light is switched off.
3.2.3.3 Light-Touch Switches (Super-Electronic)

Program selection comprises two steps:
1. Press the "ON/OFF" switch.
After switching on the dishwasher, the indicator lights next to the
selector switches for the functions available will light up.
2. Select a program
To select a program, press one of the program selectors. The
program is then automatically started. All other programs are blocked
and the indicator lamps go out.
3.2.3.4 Alterations to Program Selection
A wrong program selected by mistake can be corrected as follows:
1. Switch the dishwasher off and then on again.
2. Re-select the required program.
