2.2.2 Worktop Edge Protection

The lower edge of the worktop is protected from possible steam damage
by a stainless-steel plate. This belongs to the standard kit supplied with
built-under dishwashers.
Apply self-adhesive foil over the slots on the side of the plate facing the
underside of the worktop.
Inject the sealing compound supplied into the inner corner of the plate
(Item 1).
Use the nails supplied to fasten the stainless-steel plate (Item 2) to the
underside of the worktop.
Do not fit the sponge rubber seal (Item 3) until the dishwasher has been
finally aligned and installed.
