Troubleshooting

Check for 24 VAC at thermostat; display is blank when 24 VAC is not present
Verify wiring is correct
Check configuration (see "Configuration Mode," Setting 2, Page 22)
See "Fan Test" (Page 26)
Adjust temperature differential (see "Temperature Differential," "Configuration
Mode," Settings 6, 7 and 8, Pages 23 and 24)
Check fan On/Auto switch, ON position runs indoor fan continuously
Verify wall hole is plugged with putty or insulation; calibrate thermostat (see
"Configuration Mode," Setting 13, Page 25)
Room temperature offset is not zero (see "Configuration Mode," Setting 13,
Page 25)
Green light – Cooling operation
Red light – Heating operating
Status indicator option ON (see "Configuration Mode," Setting 16, Page 25)
Fan run time has exceeded filter check time set in configuration (see
"Configuration Mode," Setting 15, Page 25)
To reset counter to zero and clear filter warning, press the
simultaneously for 5 seconds
Thermostat is in Emergency Heat mode (see "Operating Modes," Page 28)
Sensor error – check S1 & S2 connections, check remote sensor wire and
connections, use grounded shielded wire for remote sensor
Press the Reset button once; display will be refreshed and anti-short cycle
timing will be reset to zero
