We herewith declare that the VELUX glass rooflight CVU (3MF AK01/

− is in conformity with Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 (S.I.
2008/1597), the Radio Equipment Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/1206) and
the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical
and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012 (S.I. 2012/3032),
− has been manufactured in accordance with the UK designated standards
EN 60335-1(2012)+A11(2014)+A13(2017)+A1(2019)+A14(2019)+
A2(2019), EN 60335-2-103(2015), EN 61558-1(2005)+A1(2009),
EN 61558-2-16(2009)+A1(2013), EN 55014-1(2006)+A1(2009)+

When the above-mentioned VELUX glass rooflight has been installed in
accordance with the instructions and requirements it then complies with
the essential requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations
2008 (S.I. 2008/1597), Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016
(S.I. 2016/1101), Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016 (S.I.
2016/1091) and Radio Equipment Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/1206).
The glass rooflight also complies with the Construction Products Regula-
