THE OPTIONAL HEART RATE MONITOR
Whether your

proper heart
rate during your
workouts. The optional heart rate monitor will enable
you to continuously monitor your heart rate while you
exercise, helping you to reach your personal fitness
goals. To purchase a heart rate monitor, please see
the front cover of this manual.
Note: The console is compatible with Bluetooth
heart rate monitors.

To connect a heart rate monitor to the console, first
put it on as directed in its included instructions. The
console will search for the heart rate monitor and
connect automatically.

The optional tablet
holder (L) will hold
your tablet securely
in place and enable
you to use your tablet
while you exercise. The
optional tablet holder is
designed for use with
most full-size tablets.
