10. Draw an ROI (Region Of Interest) in MicroView in the middle of the white area:

Capture an image and name it D1.
Move the tool back 100mm TO THE RIGHT (toward the X-Ray Source).
Capture an image and name it D2.
Turn off the X-Ray Source and remove Distance tool from the scanner.
Turn the X-Ray Source back on to keep it warm.
Correct and unwarp the D1 image and load it into MicroView.

Position cursor in the white area, near the centre, and press the 7 key. This draws the top
left corner of the ROI.

Move cursor to the right and down and press the 8 key to complete the ROI. A yellow box
represents the ROI.

Press small m (no caps).
The mean value is displayed in the bottom right corner of the window. Make a note of this
value in the Worksheet.
