3-6. 6 TIMER OPERATION AND

Unit Operation
Before operating the holding cabinet, read and
understand this complete operation manual (supplied
with each unit). The following steps are meant to be
guidelines, not complete operating instructions.
1. Turn POWER switch to the ON position.
2. The display shows the setpoint temperature.
Press at any time to view actual temperature.
3. Once the unit setpoint temperature has been reached
(about 30 minutes) product can be loaded into the
pans. Load product into a pan inside the drawer and
press appropriate timer button,
4. At the end of the timing cycle, the display flashes
"0:00" and the timer LED flashes.
If more than one timer is running at the same time,
the timer with the least amount of time is displayed
and the timer LED flashes. Press a timer button to
view the time remaining for that particular product.
Press and hold the timer button for at least 4 seconds
to stop a running timer.
Timer Settings
Press and hold for 5 seconds, and SET shows in
display and all timer LEDs flash. Press the desired timer
button and that timer LED remains lit. To change the
