2.Calculation of "Three Guarantees" valid period
1).The valid period of "Three Guarantees" starts from the date of invoice issued by
the seller, and the repair and maintenance time used by "Three Guarantees"
repairers and the waiting time for spare parts shall be deducted.
2).Within the validity period of "Three Guarantees", if the product occurs a failure,
the user can handle repair, replacement, and return procedures with the "Three
Guarantees" certificate.
3.The range of "Three Guarantees"
1).Provided that the user uses the product according to the product manual and has
the original formal purchase invoice and "Three Guarantees" certificate, within the
period of "Three Guarantees", the complete machine and main components within
the range of "Three Guarantees" can enjoy "Three Guarantees" service.
2).If the use obtains the product in the way of passing-on-hand purchase, and the
product is still in the valid period of "Three Guarantees ", with the original formal
purchase invoice and "Three Guarantees" certificate, the user can continue enjoying
the"Three Guarantees" service.
3). If the original purchase invoice and "Three Guarantees" certificate are lost, but the
user can prove that the product is within in the valid period of "Three Guarantees",
the user can still enjoy the "Three Guarantees" service.
4).If the product exceeds the valid period of "Three Guarantees", in principle , the
company implements paid services.
4.The cases out of the range of "Three Guarantees"
1).Wearing parts early wear and failure caused by improper use, maintenance and repair;
2).Failures caused by self-made modification and dismantling;
3).Have no effective purchase invoice and "Three Guarantees" certificate, and cannot
prove that the product is within the valid period of "Three Guarantees".
4).The product specification and model on the valid purchase invoice and "Three Guaran-
tees" certificate are not in line with the product specification and model required for
"Three Guarantees", or the product specification and model are altered. However, due
to the reasons of the seller, provided that the agricultural machinery product brand
and model on the purchase invoice and "Three Guarantees" certificate are not in line
with the product required for "Three Guarantees", the seller shall not refuse to fulfill
the responsibility of "Three Guarantees ".
5).After the occurrence of a failure, if the user fails to maintain the original state of the
damage, or fails to obtain the consent of the seller or the repairer in advance, and cond
ucts self-disposal, so that the cause of the failure cannot be achieved by technical
appraisal (except the condition of exceeding the time limit of promised treatment).
6).Counterfeit products that are not produced by the company, or the damage is caused
by force majeure.
