    HAND STRAP 11 BATTERY DOOR TUNING CONTROL POWER SOURCE The JEP-100 operates on 2 ‘AAA' (UM-4) batteries. For better performance and longer operating time, we recommend using alkaline-type batteries. 1. Remove the BATTERY DOOR (#11) on the back of the unit.

    LISTENING TO THE RADIO 1. Use the BAND SELECTOR (#8) to select the AM/FM band. 2. Turn on the radio by rotating the ON/OFF/VOLUME CONTROL (#9). The POWER INDICATOR (#3) will turn on. 3. Use the TUNING CONTROL (#6) to tune to your desired radio station. 4.
