Clean fan:
• Unscrews snap joint.
• The casing assembly must be removed from its position.
• Clean casing, air inlet and air outlet.
• Clean impeller.
o Do not flood motor.
o Do not bend impeller, blades.
• Assembly fan.
• Control whether installation is correct:
Motor impeller must rotate free
o
The gap between impeller and casing must be regular.
o
Checking direction of rotation is correct.
o
• Install the fan into air duct.
• Push into operation after clean.
• Connect electric supply of motor.
