BOTTOM (F). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (BB).
Fasten the SKIRT (K) to the ENDS (A and B) and BOTTOM (F).

Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (BB) through the
METAL BRACKETS and into the SKIRT.
