ASSEMBLY
1. Install included AA batteries as described in STEPS FOR BATTERY INSTAL-
LATION located on page 7 of this manual.
2. Place solar panel component on top of sensor housing over threaded
attachment as shown in Fig (1). Note that attachment is notched to al-
low solar panel to pivot towards sun direction. Position of panel can be
adjusted after assembly
3. Thread the spray unit onto the top of the sensor housing securing solar
panel in place and tighten carefully by hand to avoid leaks (do not over-
tighten) Fig (2)
4. Thread Step spike onto the lower side of the sensor as shown. Fig(3) If
extra height is desired, thread riser tube to lower side of sensor hous-
ing then thread step spike to bottom end of riser tube. Hand tighten to
avoid leaks (again, do not overtighten)
5. Plug the valve cable into the sensor. Fig (4)
