Operating Your Sauna

IR-103 and IR-104 Sauna Use and Operation

Start Up
Refer to Figure 14 below for operation instructions.
Make sure the power supply to the infrared sauna is properly connected.
Press the ON button to start the system. When the power is switched on, the sauna will perform
an
automatic check. The display will show "00" to "EE".
At the end of the automatic check, the digital display will show "AA 50" and "AA 25". In 25
seconds, the temperature will be checked and indicated. Press the START button to start the
operation of the system.
In case of errors caused by misoperation, switch off the power, wait a few minutes, and restart
the system.
General Operation
Temperature Setting and Control
Press the T+ or T- button to increase or decrease the set temperature. The temperature can be
set between 66 degrees F and 122 degrees F. When the temperature has reached the upper or
lower limit, pressing the T+ or T- again will not increase or decrease the temperature and will
cause the system to beep.
Time Setting and Control
Press the Tm+ or Tm- button to increase or decrease the running time of the system. The
running time can be set between 0 and 50 minutes. When the running time has reached the
upper or lower limit, pressing the Tm+ or Tm- button again will not increase or decrease the
running time and will cause the system to beep.
Proper Sauna Use
Press the start button. The infrared heater will turn on. The timer will begin to count down.
Pressing the start button during operation will pause the timer and stop the infrared heater.
