IR-103 and IR-104 Assembly

Read these instructions entirely before you begin assembling your sauna.
Assemble the infrared cabinet in a location where there will be sufficient space to accommodate
it. Make sure the floor is level.
Front Door Installation

1. Remove the cabinet base from packing box C and position it so the side with two screw
holes is facing backwards.
2. Remove the front door assembly from packing box B. Be careful to avoid scratching or
damaging the front of the CD player.
3. Place the front door assembly in an upright position in front of the cabinet base.
4. Pull the power cable through the lower right side of the cabinet base.
5. Place the front door assembly next to the cabinet base so that they are aligned.
6. Pull the power cable from the rear of the cabinet base to reduce any slack and to prevent
the cable from getting pinched between the front door assembly and the cabinet base.
7. Using two large screws, connect the front door assembly to the cabinet. Note: After
tightening, do not move or jostle the front door assembly as it may cause damage.
