Chapter 3: VIEW-R Management
This screen includes two sections: Managed and Unmanaged.
Once the View-R has been configured to communicate on the
plant network, it will recognize all weld timers on the same
network. This list is available under the "Unmanaged" section of
the Management screen.
Every 60 sec. the View-R performs an automatic scan to update
this list of timers on the plant network.
Here you can select a maximum of 48 timers that will be
managed by the View-R.
A weld timer can also be added manually to this list by entering
the IP address of the timer.
PROCEDURE TO ADD A TIMER TO THE UNMANAGED AND LIST:
1. Enter the address of the timer in the address window under
Unmanaged and click the Add button.
2. This will add the timer to the Unmanaged list. Follow the
same procedure to add more timers to the list.
By default all timers first get added to the Unmanaged list
