(Camera Settings2) → [MOVIE Button] → desired setting.

Always:
Starts movie recording when you press the MOVIE button in any mode.
Movie Mode Only:
Starts movie recording when you press the MOVIE button only if the shooting mode is set to [ Movie] mode.
