Vibration Isolator Installation

Single Damper

Two vibration isolators for ISO 200K and ISO 200F inlet flange version pumps
are available as accessories. The two model part numbers are the following:


They typically reduce the vibration transmitted from the TV 1001 SEM to the
system by a factor G that depends on vibration frequency. In the following
table you can find the values of G for the most relevant peaks in the pump
vibration spectrum.

Where "axial" is the same axis as spin axis of the rotor, and radial is
perpendicular to it. For more information please refer to the relevant
instruction manual.

Double Damper

If you need an higher damping factor (lower vibration transmitted from pump
to system) you can assemble the pump with a series of two single dampers (for
more information please refer to the relevant instruction manual). In the
following table you can find the typical values of the damping factor (G) for the
double damper.
