program appears on your TV. Then press and release UP

DOWN Button for fine tuning.

TO
SKIP OR SCAN THE CHANNEL
POSITIONS
To permit rapid scanning of only the channels you
widh to use in your area, you may
skip
the
unused channels.
This procedure is
described
below.

Set
the CHANNEL PRESET Switch
ON.
@ Push
the CHANNEL UP/DOWN Keys on the front of VCR for the CHANNEL position that
you
wish to
skip.
@ Push the SKIP Button once, CHANNEL lndicator flashes. (lf you push skip button again, CHANNEL
lndicator stops flashing and skip mode
is released.) CHANNELS with flashing lndicator will
be
skipped, CHANNELS without flashing lndicator wilt
be
scanned.

Set the CHANNEL PRESET Switch to
OFF.

USE THE AFT
RESET
BUTTON
This Voltage Synthesizer

has an Automatic Fine
Tuning
(AFT) feature which is normally ON to automatically
maintain your best channel picture.

turning the AFT OFF.
This procedure

ON.

Push the CHANNEL UP/DOWN Keys on the front of VCR for the CHANNEL position you

check.

Push the AFT RESET Button once. "AFT" lndicator goes off, and confirm
reception.

Set the CHANNEL PRESET Switch to
OFF.
