    IT-513B 1. Special Precautions CAUTION (1) Safety Precautions ! Before using, read "Safety Precautions" carefully to understand the correct method Denotes operations and practices that of use. may result in personal injury or damage to the equipment if not correctly followed.
  • Page 4 ! IT-513B must be used only with IP-400B Power Supply The IP-400B supplies a voltage of 300 V AC (4 kHz) to the IT-513B. Do not use with a power supply other than the IP-400B, otherwise fire or breakage of the power supply may result.
  • Page 5 IT-513B CAUTION ! Do not splash water on the Welding Transformer Water splashed over the electric parts can cause electric shock and short circuits. Use proper tools (wire strippers, pressure wire connectors, etc) for termination of the connecting cables Do not cut the conductor of wire. A flaw on it can cause fire and electric shock.

Also, handle the Transformer with care so as not to make an impact such as drop on it. ■ Install this Welding Transformer on a firm and level surface. If it is inclined, malfunction may result.

    3. Installation and Connection  Place for Installation Slits are provided on both sides of the IT-513B for higher heat radiation efficiency. Install this Transformer with a clearance of at least 10 cm from the walls on both sides for the full performance.
