Dear customer, thank you for purchasing our product. Please read the operating instructions
carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep these instructions including the
warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Before using for the first time, check whether the voltage rating on the product corresponds to
the voltage of your home electric current.
• The appliance is for household use only and must be used only for the purpose it was designed
for. Not for commercial use.
• Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you should leave the workplace, always
switch the machine off or remove the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead).
• When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the
socket (pull on the plug, not the cable).
• Do not insert or take out the plug to or from a socket with wet hands and do not pull the power
cord!
• Do not submerge the appliance or the heating plate in to the water (not even partially). Do not
use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.
• Do not use the appliance for heating a room!
• To protect children from the dangers posed by electrical appliances, make sure that the cable
is hanging low and that children do not have access to the appliance.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons people (including children) with reduced
physical sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instructions concerning the way of use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Do not place the appliance on unstable, fragile or flammable surfaces (e.g. glass, paper, plastic,
wooden varnished boards and various fabric/table cloths).
• Use the appliance in the working position at places with no risk of turning over and in sufficient
distance from flammable objects (e. g. curtains, drapes, wood, etc.), heat sources (e. g. heater,
stove, etc.) and wet surfaces (e.g. sinks, wash–basins, etc.).
• Let the sandwich cool down completely before cleaning or storing.
• Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular basis. Do not use the appliance if
it is damaged. To avoid the exposure to danger, always have a faulty cable be replaced only by
the authorized service with a cable of the same type.
• Never use the appliance if its power cord or plug is damaged, if it does not work properly, if it fell
down and was damaged or if it fell to water. In this case take the appliance to a special service
to check its safety and proper function.
• Never disassemble the product; incorrect reassembly can increase the risk of electric shock
when the kettle is used. All repair work should be carried out only by an authorized service.
• Spontaneous ignition of prepared food may occur during grilling. Unplug the appliance from the
mains and put out the fire in case of sudden ignition.
• The product is equipped with a safety fuse which protects it against overheating.
• When handling the appliance, try to prevent injury (e.g. burning, scalding).
• Before changing accessories (baking plates) let device get cool. Always use the same pair of
removable baking plates.
• After finishing work, always disconnect the appliance from power supply by taking the connector
of the power cord out of the electric socket.
• Use the device only for the intended purpose.
• Do not touch metal parts! This parts are very hot.
• Clean the appliance after each use.
• Do not operate the appliance in the vertical position. This is for storage only.
