Image 1.3.3 Oil cooler A GHH CS1200 is equipped w ith an integrated oil-cooler. If this oil-cooler is removed to save space, the installation is equipped w ith an external oil-cooler. An external oil-cooler is equipped w ith a 24 volt fan. The fan must be rotating during operation and therefor the functioning of the fan must be checked during operation. -

Page 8: Start-Up
The rotors of the compressor are sprayed w ith an anti-corrosion agent prior to delivery. During the initial operation this agent w ill evaporate as the compressor heats up. Since the RTI-installations are all tested a few minutes, the anti-corrosion agent on the rotors w ill have evaporated. -

Maintenance/inspection list Along w ith every maintenance inspection the maintenance checklist on the next page must be filled out. We recommend sending the checklist to RTI after filling it out.
