    Image 1.3.3 Oil cooler A GHH CS750 is equipped w ith an integrated oil-cooler. If this oil-cooler is removed to save space, the installation is equipped w ith an external oil-cooler. An external oil-cooler is equipped w ith a 24 volt fan. The fan must be rotating during operation and therefor the functioning of the fan must be checked during operation.

    The rotors of the compressor are sprayed w ith an anti-corrosion agent prior to delivery. During the initial operation this agent w ill evaporate as the compressor heats up. Since the RTI-installations are all tested a few minutes, the anti-corrosion agent on the rotors w ill have evaporated.

    Maintenance installation INSPECTION DURING OPERATION Check the oil manometer before every start-up. The oil pressure must not drop below the minimum value of 0.3 bar, (normally 1-3 bar). When outside temperature is low it may take a few seconds before the oil pressure is visible. Check the air filter indicator.
