    ASSEMBLY Assembly requires two persons. Place all parts of the elliptical exerciser in a cleared area and re- move the packing materials. STEP 2 : Connect the connecting wire (11) and the sensor wire (28), then attach the handlebar post (15) to the main frame (1) with allen pan head screw (26) and washer d8 (36).
  • Page 7 STEP 3 : 1. Attach the swing tubes (24L/R) onto the handlebar post (15) with hex head bolt (22), spring washer (6), flat washer (23), do not tighten them first. 2. Attach the pedal support tubes (41) to the crank (53) with nylon nut (45), flat washer (46) and undee washer (60), now you can tighten the hex head bolt (22).
  • Page 8 STEP 5: Attach the Protective guard A (18L/R) to the junctions of the Swing tube (24L/R) and the Handle- bar (17L/R) with Cross pan head screws(57). Attach the Protective guard B(27a/b) to the axle on the Handle- bar post (15) with Cross pan head screws (57).
