3.1 WiFi Serial Server as AP Establish SERVER and PC wireless connection

[WiFi serial server as AP to establish connection with PC]:
① Connect the factory E103-W02-DTU base board to PC via Micro USB cable;
② Open the serial debugging assistant "AccessPort" and select the port number; if you are not
sure about the port number, please check in the device manager (see the figure
below).

③ Set serial port debugging parameters (baud rate: 115200bps, data bit: 8bit, parity bit: no parity,
stop bit: 1bit) (see the figure below)
