Protection against overheating
If any operating trouble is produced, the overheating disconnection system will automatically disconnect the heater. If this
occurs:

• Place the power switch in the "0" position.
• Disconnect the heater from the mains.
• Let the convector heater cool down for 15 minutes.
• Check that the air inlet and outlet grilles are not blocked. If necessary, clean them with a vacuum cleaner.
• If the heater still does not work normally after these checks, please contact the extensive network of S&P Offi cial Ser-
vices.
Anti-freeze protection (
• The product incorporate an anti-freeze device which triggers then heater when the room temperature drops below
+5°C.
• To activate this device just connect the product to the mains and select heater mode, and the thermostat control in
the position
. The heater will remain disconnected until the room temperature drops below +5°C when it will stard
automatically to ensure the temperature is maintained over +5°C.
• This device is particularly useful in places where low temperatures are common and the water pipes are likely to
freeze.
4. FRONT EXHAUST AIR GRILLE ROTATION
You can select, using the selector knob rotation front grille (Fig.1b), the way air distribution that best suits your needs.
You can select both heating and ventilation modes.
360º turn: The front grille is designed so that when it is rotating, projecting the air spiral, increasing the area of
infl uence and simulating a natural breeze.
Fixed: When the front grille is fi xed air fl ow remains constant.

5. MAINTENANCE

• Before cleaning do not forget to disconnect the product from the mains.
• Wait for the body to cool down and clean with a soft cloth. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the air inlet and outlet grilles.
• Under no circumstances must the product be submerged in water or placed under a running tap.
• If the product is not used for a long period of time, we suggest you disconnect it from the mains and keep the whole
apparatus in its own packaging in a dry place with the power cable wrapped (Fig.1g).
6. RELEVANT INFORMATION FOR THE DISMANTLING, RECYCLING OR ELIMINATION OF THE PRODUCT
AT THE END OF THE USEFUL LIFE
In the case of scrapping the appliance, the provisions corresponding to the disposal or recycling of the materials and
components must be respected, including internal oil. List of the main heater/fan materials:
• Front and rear plastic cover: ABS+PC V0.
• Plastic light cover: PC.
• Control cover and plastic thermostat: ABS.
• Plastic grille: ABS + PC +10% FB V0.
• Plastic oscillating grille: PBT 15% GF.
• PP Plastic impeller + 20% TALCO.
• Plastic gear box: POM.
• Plastic gears: PA.
• Motor (steel, aluminum and copper).
• Electric cables.
• Heating element: Inox.
