PRE-ASSEMBLY INFORMATION HARDWARE DESCRIPTION SHORT BOLT LONG BOLT ALLEN KEY M6 X 18MM M6 X 25MM QTY 2 QTY 2 QTY 1 NEED HELP? For help with assembly or if you are missing a part, Please call customer service at 1-866-518-0120 ext. 262 (9 am to 4 pm EST) - Page 6 ASSEMBLY STEP 1 Place the Base (D) upside down on a flat smooth surface. Attach the Casters (E) to the Base (D). Attach Gas Lift (C) to the Base (D).
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY STEP 2 Place the Chair (A) on its back on a flat smooth surface. Attach the Mechanism (B) to the bottom of Chair (A) with two Bolts (1) to the top two holes on the Mechanism (B). Use Allen Key (2) to tighten.
- Page 8 ASSEMBLY STEP 3 Attach the Mechanism (B) to the bottom of Chair (A) with two Bolts (2) to the bottom two holes on the Mechanism (B). Use Allen Key (2) to tighten.
- Page 9 ASSEMBLY STEP 4 Place the Chair (A) right side up the Gas Lift (C).
- Page 10 ASSEMBLY STEP 5 To raise the seat, lift your weight off the seat and reach underneath the right side of the Chair to lift the handle up slowly with a clockwise twisting motion to allow the Chair to rise to desired height. To lower seat, lift the handle slowly with a clockwise twisting motion while seated.
