Problem
The appliance does not start.
Weak suction power.
Motor is abnormally noisy.

Solutions
– Connect the power plug properly.
– Check if the electrical outlet is powered.
– Check if the on/off switch is on.
– Check if the flexible hose, extension tube or any of
the accessories are obstructed.
– Remove and clean the filters.
– Stop using the appliance immediately.
– Check if the hose, tube or any of the accessories
are obstructed.
– Remove the obstruction.
– If the noise continues, power off the appliance
and disconnect the power plug.
– Contact your service agents.
