Getting Started Welcome to your AKASO V50 X action camera. To capture videos and photos, you need a memory card (sold separately). Camera Modes There are 10 modes for the V50 X action camera: Photo, Burst photo, Time Lapse Photo, Long Exposure, Self-Timer, Video, Loop Record, Time Lapse Video, Slow Motion, Fast Motion. Photo Mode In the photo mode, press the Shutter button to take a photo. The working indicator light will also be flashing. - Page 17 Time Lapse Photo Mode In this mode, when you press the Shutter button, the camera will take a series of photos at the set interval. Self-Time Mode In this mode, the camera takes photos at the set interval, giving a delay between pressing the shutter release and the shutter's firing. For instance, if you select the option 2.7K 2X to shoot a video that lasts for a minute, the camera will generate a 2-minute slow-motion video at 2.7K resolution. Customizing Your V50 X Photo Settings 1. Resolution 20MP/12M/8M/5M/3M (Default setting is 20MP.) This camera is capable of capturing 20MP photos, with higher resolution offering greater clarity and detail due to the increased number of pixels. However, higher resolution photo also results in larger file sizes. -

In this mode, when your press the Shutter button, the camera keeps taking photos until the exposure time comes to the end. This mode is suitable for use in dark, light, and water scenes Note: Long Exposure works in LongExp mode only. 7. - Page 24 Note: Capturing high-resolution or high-fps videos in low-temperature scenes can consume more power. 2. 6. Fast Motion 2X/4X/6X/10X/15X (Default setting is 2X) You can choose the resolution and zoom level before recording fast motion videos. When Fast Motion is enabled, the camera will take a series of photos or video frames at set intervals and then compiling them into a single video clip. Note: Fast Motion works in Fast Motion mode only. - Page 26 Beep Tone: On/Off You can turn on or off the shutter, boot-up and beep tones. Volume: You can adjust the camera' s volume. 2. Distortion Calibration On/Off (Default setting is Off.) When Distortion Calibration is enabled, any image distortion will be corrected, resulting in a reduction of the angle.

Connecting to AKASO GO App Please download and install the AKASO GO App on the App Store or Google Play first. The AKASO GO App lets you control your camera remotely using a smartphone or tablet.
