    Getting Started Welcome to your AKASO V50 X. To capture videos and photos, you need a memory card (sold separately) to start recording. Memory Cards Please use brand name memory cards that meet these requirements: • U3 rating • Capacity up to 64GB Note: 1.

    Camera Modes There are 10 modes for the V50 X: Photo, Burst photo, Time Lapse Photo, Long Exposure, Self-Timer, Video, Loop Record, Time Lapse Video, Slow Motion, Fast Motion. Photo Mode In the photo mode, press the Shutter button to take a photo. The status indicator light will also be flashing.

    Self-Time Mode In this mode, the camera takes photos at specific intervals, giving a delay between pressing the shutter release and the shutter's firing. For example, the camera will create a 2-minute 2.7K slow motion video if you choose option 2.7K 2X to record a video for 1 minute. This mode is suitable for capturing scenes where fast movements are resolved.

    Customizing Your V50 X Photo Settings 1. Resolution 20MP/12M/8M/5M/3M (Default setting is 20MP.) Choose the photo resolution. The higher resolution, the better the photo quality. 2. Output Format JPEG/JPEG+DNG. (Default setting is JPEG.) This setting allows you to choose the image format you want. DNG file extension refers to a raw Image format.

    Recommended in the Long Exposure mode, set the exposure time for taking long exposure photos. The longer the exposure time, the longer the photo is exposed. Note: Long Exposure works in the LongExp mode only. 7. Exposure Value -2/-1.7/-1.5/-1.3/-1/-0.5/-0.3/0/+0.3/+0.5/+1/+1.3/+1.5/+1.7/+2 (Default setting is 0.) By default, your camera uses the entire image to determine the appropriate exposure level.

Image Stabilization On/Off (Default setting is off.) This feature determines the smoothness of videos. When it’s enabled, the shooting angle will be narrowed.

    6. Fast Motion 2X/4X/6X/10X/15X (Default setting is 2X) Suitable for the Fast Motion mode. You can choose the resolution and zoom level before recording fast motion videos. Note: Fast Motion works in the Fast Motion mode only. 7. Microphone Built-in/External (Default setting is Internal) You can choose between the internal and external microphones.

When Distortion Calibration is enabled, the image distortion will be corrected, and the angle will become smaller. Note: In the video mode, Distortion Calibration only works when Image Stabilization is enabled at the same time, and the opening angle of Distortion Calibration in the video mode is slightly smaller than that in the photo mode.

    Connecting to AKASO GO App Please download and install the AKASO GO app on the App Store or Google Play first. The AKASO GO app lets you control your camera remotely using a smartphone or tablet. Features include camera control, live preview, playback, download and settings.

For best audio performance, shake the camera or blow on the mic to remove debris from the microphone holes. 2. To clean the lens, wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not insert foreign objects around the lens.
